I would just use sandpaper to sand down the edge. Make it flush.

I had the same problem! Atleast not while wearing gloves. I replaced it with a grip similar to this one

I cannot tell you which to get only to try one or two in your hands first.

I got this for my KJ M4, by far the most comfortable grip I've held http://www.opsgear.com/index/page/pr...UE+Pistol+Grip Contours fit my hand perfectly, the stippling provides just enough grip, no seam line, and the rubber-like material is super comfy. Alot better than the stock plastic grip

Got Magpul on all my M4's and plastic trigger guards. Very comfy to hold.

also dump that metal trigger guard. It will cut into your fingers.

Assuming this are all for an AEG...

The "PSG" target grip is pretty big...and looks goofy on non-dmr sized rifles. Comfy though.

The Ergo grip is very comfy...similar to the tango down...but has a better feel for me

The MIAD is a favourite...but I'd get the non-adjustable pieces one...the plastic that holds the rear nut is very thin on some builds.

The SPR grip is bulky...but very comfy. If there is still a part/edge rubbing you...there's lots of material to take some sand paper too.

The G27 grip is very comfy too...

Also...some like the Cobra trigger guard...the Magpul PTS ones are nice as well.

I've had/used/seen them all. At the end of the day....I wear gloves and use a MIAD grip + standard trigger guard

On what platform will you be installing this ? AEG or GBBR ? The MOE+ pistol grip is also a nice option to consider since it has a rubberish finish on the grip, compared to the normal plastic finish on the regular MOE pistol grip. Since I have little girly hands, the grip on it feels great and not too bulky like other pistol grips.

Target grip= comfortable and has a unique look...
ERGO grip = I like the rubber finish of it, and it won't slip out of your hand if wet...
SRP grip: for a DMR setup, this one is my favorite. only for right handed shooters because of the thumb rest though
MIAD grip: bof... ok if your rifle has been magpulized, but it feels almost the same as the standard AR grip...

Only my opinion...

M16A1 grip is the most comfortable I've used on an AR, I had a real one on my WE (you're a lucky bastard where ever you are now...) and they are dirt cheap. ($16 shipped...)

For AEG's, I lucked out with my G&P Mk18 Mod0, as it came with an A1 grip... I hate the placement of the middle finger nub... it doesn't prevent the wear on the hand at the trigger guard like you describe, but it allows for a more comfortable grip... I will definitely go A1 for my real AR in the near future.

Out of all the grips I've tried, hands down I prefer the tango down m4 pistol grip. It's just perfect.
