KSC USP mag valve jammed

Hey, like I said in the title; I've got a USP mag, brand new, and the the depressor/valve is jammed open, I can't figure out how to get it back out. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this, more so if anyone knows how to fix it :P I appreciate any help anyone can offer. Thanks!

Put some silicone oil in there and work it in, perhaps?

I tried my spray silicone instead of normal liquid; between that and working the valve, it seems to have corrected. Thanks!
