How to upgrade this spring ( prob. L96 )
Hello guys, a friend of mine would like to upgrade his spring who now has 135 mps to 150 mps and the model that he owns is a copy of L96 ( the image at the bottom ). I now the upgrade plans for the vsr but this one here i do not now which parts are compatibile for it. If you cold help me whit some links for the parts neded for the 150 mps setup i will be very happy. A god day my friends.

Yes it's a type 96, so all the parts called (type96, pss96 and some of aps2) will fit.

PSS2, they are APS2 parts (also compatible with the CA M24), and make damned sure nothing PSS10 gets ordered, it's for the VSR.
Get the Laylax SP150 spring and a 9mm bearing spring guide, since anything lower than a 140 spring uses a 7mm spring guide and spring. And depending on the piston, the inner diameter might be too small to handle the 9mm spring. Measure it first to make sure, might have to buy a new piston and piston head. |
