its because, in a poor country, they only eat a lot on the new year. They save up every dollar they got to make a huge party. So they can forget about being poor or hungry (feel normal on in your life). Thats what both of my parents said...think about it, maby its true.

I just got 100$ from my grandparents. I freakin love them! Took so many pics today with the family. Used up about 8 AA batteries today.

Now I gotta wait till Chinese New Years is over till I can go spend again.
