Well I did play in CQB this Saturday and I may or may not have accidentally left the timing plug out of one of my nades and pulled it off my vest, detonating the grenade instantly and killing my 3 nearby teammates.

Oh it didn't just pull out or something. I had just never put the plug in, in the first place when loading the grenade.

Apply some tactical electric tape through a Molle strap and secure the pin to the top or another Mollie strap there no dangle and one hand toss
