Modify ACR outer barrel
Does anyone know where, in Vancouver, can I modify (custom machine) an ACR outer barrel so the gas block sits a little closer to the upper receiver? I don't like the look of the CQB barrel on the gun and would prefer to have the look of the Remington ACR CQB barrel just like Noveske's build. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

If not in Vancouver, maybe there's a machine shop i can send the barrel to? Does anyone have any experience with that?

If this picture is correct, it looks like it isn't the outer barrel you need to modify, but the coupler/standoff/whatever you want to call it. An outer barrel should be pretty on the a lathe, because there's definite symmetry, but the two pieces connecting the gas block look to be pretty complicated from a machining standpoint, it looks like it will be pretty expensive. As with anything, if you pay enough, you'll find people pretty easily... I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help
