Even if airsoft companies sold built in mosfets, they'd still be wired with shit wiring, and they'd probably be the lowest wattage mosfets they can find.
It's very likely you'd have to rewire the gun and upgrade the mosfet if you wanted to do any performance upgrades anyway lol

I wouldn't trust anything ICS ever. Have you seen how they wire their crane stock batteries???
It's not even wired, they have 2 copper strips on the bottom of the buffer tube that make contact with 2 spring loaded copper bits on the crane stock.
You get any kind of corrosion on there and it stops working.
I'll take coiled shit wire over a slider system any day lol

JG and other Chinese brands has been making basic MOSFETs for some of their AEGs (Augs, some M4s) for a little while now. They're very basic and the quality on them can be spotty but they moat certainly get the job done.
