OK, I tried sanding down the hammer and the blowback unit and using lots of oil. Now I get a jam and during the jam all gas is being released. Here are some pics:
  I noticed that my hammer only goes this far after shot, is this what might be causing this the slide jam? Here are some more pics:   Instead of:

The exact same thing happened to me, your trigger/sear assembly was reassembled incorrectly.
