No doubt the Peltor/Sordin types are great. The price is a few times past the Cavalry though and wiring them to common type of radio in use is also an issue.

For my radio I want to show up at any game, be dropped on a team and have comms that will work. Out here the bubble radios are the ones that everyone has.

Cavalvy is the way to go. Still wish I hadn't sold mine... I should look at getting a new one.

Bubble radio = all the GMRS/FRS handsets that come in plastic packaging.

I've been using a Bravo headset for a bit now, very similar in pricing and styling to the Cavalvy ones, and the quality seems to be a bit better. That being said, Technology Direct are a GREAT company to deal with and definately know their stuff.
