Know where i can either buy one (1/8 eclip) or an eclip remover?

If it's an actual e-clip just use a pick to remove it unless it's in a very awkward spot.
Then you'll get the tool and clips at the same place. A car tools and parts supply house. Out here I'd say go to Princess Auto or Lordco.
