I did mean a basic mosfet switch, not a triggermaster SW-computer. If you found room for a 10.8v battery in a sig552, you can find room for a mosfet the size of a quarter lol

I thought with mof sets you have to run two sets of wires - one to the original component and one to the mof. I have no room for any wire extensions. Or is a basic mosfet switch just like a fuse box type setup? I found a Matrix Super Core. http://www.airsoftpost.com/product_i...ducts_id=30454 I'm going to grab this over the Prom just to try it out.

Good luck ordering from Evike.
I wonder if my contact in Japan would be able to find these things... Edit: Yup, I'm able to get these if you're interested. Last edited by Amos; November 25th, 2009 at 03:17.. |

Dealing with Evike is generally a futile exercise in frustration. Read up on them. It's not recommended to deal with them. But if you do, then it's at your own risk, and you'll get no sympathy from anyone here once you get screwed over.

I'm using this:
http://www.airsoftparts.ca/store2/in...oducts_id=1368 It's a Modify Ultra Piston new version, it's extremely good. Its in my g&g veteran M14 , 395fps constant, internal upgraded with 11.1v lipo battery and deans connectors , shorted fuse cause its useless. It's doing fine but i suggest putting a mosfet ..... Why is evike.com that bad? Isnt it just another USA online retailer?

Don't order from evike if you want a supercore. Get the real deal from a trustworthy source like airsoftGI

evike.com has custom sig 552 parts that I lost in the field as well as ics sig 552 hop-up sets. I don't have a choice. BTW I know their cx service is horrible and I know all about their shipping costs. I have a $450 order ready and I am also planning on spending $75 in shipping. Trust me... if I had ANY other choice I would.

You do have to run two sets of wires, but it's a set of high grade 18 gauge and high grade 24 gauge wires. They won't take up any more room than the 14 gauge wires you said were in there.
I had 14 gauge come stock in my G&P M4, and the 18 gauge wires coupled with the mosfet noticeably increased my ROF |
