So basically you paid for a gun that was shown in stock, they lied about having it. Then they tried to offer you a M4 when you ordered an MP5. And in the end their mismanagment of customers orders worked out in your favor because they forgot to charge you, when they could have just as easily lost confirmatin that you had paid. Yeah I want to deal with that company

Well that was awfully nice of you. Its always nice when a retailer take the decision to do not charge the extra. And Im being serious. If you honestly (which I will take at face value as I don't know you) made the active decision to provide a slightly more expensive product at discount due to a mistake then kudo's to you. Keep up that kind of Customer service and Im sure the community will appreciate you.

Not sure if this is a stupid thing to post seeing as this thread is a little old so I am sorry if I bother anybody. Anways my friend orderd $400 worth of airsoft gear and guns from shootsoft and has waited 35 buisness days without the gun even being shipped yet, and I guess his emails are being ingored. Me speaking from his experience I wouldn't recomend buying from this retailer.

hi there, i ordered my stuff of shootsoft.ca on September 24th and now it's October 28th i still did not revive any of the stuff that i have order and i for one wasted 789.00 and for another i think that this website is a scam because this laddie alain monique emaild me and said that it would take 20 business days to order she did not supply me with a tracing number, i asked several time's for it she just ignored my god dam fuckin emails and every time i get pissed of and send emails that regard my order she either ignores them or she send's me back smart remarks witch pisses me off, remarks like '' talk to me politely and then well talk'' in a few words shes trying to say that i'm not gonna receive my packages cuz it's a scam so take my advice and no one order of shoot soft.ca they are a shit company, they have lousy works man ship, lousy service and terrible prices.

take my advice do not and i mean DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING OFF THIS WEBSITE IT'S A SCAM.

How do they scam, they're a legit business. Yeah ok they sell to underage kids/mommies who get nagged by their kids to buy them a new toy. But that's only because buyairsoft doesn't have a age verification system (not trying to make it sound like it's ASC) they dont check customers for their age.

And the fact that they market 460 fps guns to kids claiming that it's a better gun and makes the player super cool and awesome (which is not cool)

So tell me in what part of that is it a scam?
