Thats the Cadex NVG mount.

It's super light. I saw that on a Pro-tec at One shot Tac in Trenton. Pretty pricy though.

That's for bothe the mount that ratchets to the helmet and the mount for the j arm or dual dovetail.

The whole kit together is rather nice, I bought it back in October to use with my issued helmet. I already had a Wilcox L4 G24 arm though so I sold the cadex arm to Bean to replace his old wobbly rhino arm :P
