Intellegence? Well, you kinda went off on a rage about krakens in a previous thread. I think the title is quite appropriate as had made quite an effort to earn it .

You got that right lol
As for the G&G thing, if you get the top tech stuff its not that bad as an entry level gun, change the piston head and it will shoot good. If you have the money get something better but its a good starter gun. Like everyone in this hobby once you get a gun no matter what it is you will want more and will get more so use a G&G and run it till it breaks to the point its not worth fixing....in the mean time save while running the G&G for something better. Then sell the G&G to a friend and get them in the hobby/sport

Same goes for companies like JG and Echo1. They are all good starter guns. Push the gun to its limits then if you must sell it or upgrade it. Also keep in mind G&G is not by far the worse company out there, actually it's quite far from that with the likes of Walmart guns, both elephant, double eagle etc. taking the title for shit guns. Well idk about Canada but my experience with G&G has always been good state side, they were always solid builds, just needed a person who actually knew what they were doing to keep it in shape or what not

Wow, DarkAngel took the words from my...fingers.
Get a Real Sword if you like AKs. No? Want an M4? Get a VFC. That's what I'd do. |

I guess G&G quality varies from model to model. My UMG is great. But I defenetely won't buy G&G M4 or AK.

I agree, every manufacturer has one or two models that they do better than everyone else.
With G&G, they do the SIG rifles better than the other 3 brands, made by ICS, or a Hurricane bodied JG or TM. I've owned JG, TM, and G&G SIG 552s. The G&G is lightyears ahead in build quality. G&G SIG550 and SIG552 Hurricaine bodied JG SIG552 Real steel Swiss Arms Black Special

I'm thinking G&G sig 550 for the next season. How's the range on this baby?

I already had the 550 from the year before, so I knew the quality on the 552 would be excellent like the 550. And as soon as I knew G&G was bringing out the 552, I immediately sold the Hurricaine bodied JG SIG552, to partially fund the G&G SIG552. I had to do a little mod on the 552, so it could run on an 8.4v mini-chuk. Out of the box, the 552 will only fit a Lipo. I have a thread that goes through the whole mod process. The 550 and 552 both have very good range and are very accurate at that range as well. I can hit a standard size traffic pylon reliably (65%) from 190- 200 ft with maybe a 6inch drop from flat trajectory. That's only maybe 7 or 8 inches wide. Misses don't miss by much, and flyers miss by a foot at most at that range. Inside of 50 yrds they are both tackdrivers. I have only put a 6.03mm tightbore in the 550. It shoots about 390fps stock. The 552 shoots identical.

G&G = Pot steal = garbage metal bodies, very brittle and this is from direct experience with my old M4. Had to buy a new upper receiver.
The rear wiring in said M4 was actually guillotined by the buffer tube and plate shifting. Got to the point I had to rewire the gun to the front. Would I buy another one, not likely. Out of the box it performed well enough, but the quality of other brands exceeds the G&Gs
