i love g36's in all ways except that it is a pain to find pouches that you can take g36 mags of of quickly and in any sort of a smooth fashion so if you plan on just using a hi-cap i recomend the g36

if you plan on using mid-caps then use something else.
I appreciate the advice!

I haven't really soon much specifically g36 compatiable in terms of pouches. The majority of what I find is m4/m16 and variants and ak variants.

Ya but the gun bag (not mine) gets heavy going to games wanting to use them all...then there's the gas variants...and then the pistols...though he's getting better at one primary and only one backup...but most or all the pistols still make it in lol.

ive had an m4, an mp5, and now a p90 and to be honest im greatly preferring the p90 to either of my previous weapons.

there are a lot of things you can upgrade easily on it, swapping out your mechbox or your barrel are really too easy to do. ive seen a lot of examples of a p90 done up for use outdoors and they keep up quite well.

comparing it to mp5 for cqb i found it far more manouverable, one of the nice things about it too is if you are skirmishing outdoors just for a shoot and scoot day in the field, the high caps with it are fun cos you can very easily see how much ammo you have left in the mag :-) . also if you get a TR p90 you can put your optics, a laser, and a tac light on it without having to get a lof of external upgrades added on

if you are looking for outdoors it really depends on what you are looking for in a full sized rifle. m4/m16 variants are all over the place and parts are everywhere, get a crane stock and you can drop the lenght of it down just a little bit, still keeping the batteries in the stock so u have more wieght in the back if that is a concern. the L85 is great if you want easy access to mags, while still sticking to a bullpup design. (and if u look hard enough you can pick up a knock off of the susat scope the brits use on it for about 100$ plus shipping)

apologies if the post is somewhat convoluted, im at work atm and doped up on cold meds :-D

The only issue with my TAR21 (I love it) is the mag catch...I always lose mags (facepalm) its too easy to press on it without noticing it...the first thing you know is that you dry fire at a target (facepalm again)

The spring on the mag release is way too soft. swap out to a stronger spring and you will stop losing mags ( the real one is quite stiff)

Before i hear anymore about ugly bullpups, let's look at some of them shall we?

Now, I know I left out a lot of guns: AUG, Tavor, bunch of others, but just to let you know, there are a lot of ugly conventional guns out there too. I personally hate AKs cause they're so ugly to me. I don't like Glocks much either.
