Get a GAS-AEG combination gun. You can control the FPS buy regulating the gas flow valve. Lowest is 200 fps highest is 1000 fps in .20g bb

I’m serious.

For the tappet plate, see if you can source the one made by PGC (Perversity Gun Corporation in Japan). They are super soft and flexible - I have 2 and can bend them almost in half and they will NOT break. If you get a BB jam, the thing will just bend around the cam on the gears and not snap your tappet in half....

we have here.. i have here,,i used to make this kind of gas-aeg gun

this set up, you only need a 7.4V battery, stock gears set , stock TM spring, stock cylinder head. systema air seal nozzle, TM eg700 motor.

only part that is removed is the piston head..

your main source of power is CO2 gas.. you need a paintball co2 tank and regulator.

JAC is different. it is a pure old school gasgun.

this is not a joke or a funny stuff anymore.. you can hurt people with this set up.if you can handle and responsible enough to handle this gun pm me for the info and the cost for the kit

Try maybe a set of Modify hi-torque gears. They are durable and produce a nice tight action in addition to their other advantages.

Why would you bother with that kind of gun if you have to have a battery and spring anyways?

you need these parts to open and close the gas port.

one hint.
when the piston body touches to the rear part of the gearbox it will open the gas port.

very complicated. please ignore this

If you know the "Drozd" a russian airgun, Aeg-gas airsoft would work a bit like it, but instead of using a solenoid to pull the air nozzle back, a normal gearbox is used.
It's a pretty good idea, but requires really good engineering to build such system.

ROF_Madman, try joining in filairsoft forums. You'll get a lot more responses there since they run the same fps and setups with lipos. A lot of ppl there can speak english, just introduce yourself and be polite and they will accomodate your answers. You may want to check with them what hopup rubber they use since the the weather there and the PI are close.

Oh, and get a sorbo from Tirador, or better yet, get piston and cylinder head combo! You don't want the gearbox breaking.

You like that Tirador? good commercial timing!!

yes i do. thanks .

as DENZILDON said. for 600 fps AEG set up .you need this sorbo pad or MASK (Mechbox
Anti-shock Kit) to prevent your gearbox from breaking
