Rhop... not ERhop.

Rhopping doesn't require any cutting of the barrel.

I'm still kinda scared to do it, maybe later I can experiment on one of my stock barrels and once I feel comfortable I'll do it on my Prometheus 550. Unless of course there's an amazing gun doc in the GTA that'd be willing to rhop a barrel lol
