Star spring

Anyone know where a "Star" spring 140% would fit on the spring comparison chart? PDI 140 perhaps?

I've been searching the internet for a day now and can't find any info.

I don't want anything over 400fps since I use this gun outdoors.

Here's the link to where I'm buying it. It's all in Japanese since that's where live. The advertisement does not give any info.

Yes I know about the 1J limit out in Japan. I play with a team in a private location and we all have guns upgraded over 1J. They cracked down on AEG's about 5 years ago when some retarded kids thought it would be funny to shoot some 90 odd year old homeless guy with their M170 loaded spring guns. They ended up killing the guy. Now we are all suffering for their stupidity.

Thanks in advance

I should say that my gun is highly upgraded in other respects.
6.03 prom tightbore
prom cylinder head
Systema Advance piston
prom torque up gears
metal bushings
bearing spring guide and piston head

I'm looking to achieve about 350-380 FPS with .25s with 400 being an upper limit with .2s.

never mind... I solved my own problem. I ordered one. It came today. The spring looks like it's a spring for a pogo stick.... the thing is MASSIVE... hahahaha

I opened the package and laughed.

LMFAO that is funny!!!! Avoid anything PDI as far as springs goes. Trust me on that. If you have access to Modify, get a 100 spring, it'll sit around 370fps with a bearing spring guide and is plenty of velocity to play with.

So you ordered the wrong spring.

That says it's for a WA M4. Recoil buffer spring, not AEG mechbox spring.

I know, but the add is in Japanese man. I can speak Japanese but I can't read it very well. I knew something was fishy about it while I was ordering it but I took a leap of faith.

it was worth the 10 bucks for the laugh
