Where did you bought your ESS goggles?
Hey guys,
i'm going to buy the ESS goggles with turbo fan and i was wondering if you know some good retailers to buy them (at a good price). For now the best prices i found are : Optics Planet 162$ : http://www.opticsplanet.net/ess-prof...n-goggles.html I have pretty good feedbacks on this website (shipping and services). Tactical products Canada 144$ : http://tacticalproductscanada.com/pr...php?prodid=331 I don't have any feedbacks about this one...anyone already order something from them? With the shipping cost (to Montreal) it's around 170/180$, so if you have found a retailer with better prices let me know!

As are Seals Action Gear in Calgary and Buyairsoft in Red Deer.
BTW, CP Gear doesn't sell the Turbo fan. I have replicas available that I've shot with +450fps guns repeatedly (as in an entire 120 round midcap on F/A at point blank range) without issue and they even take ESS replacement lenses.

Thanks guys!
I already have the replicas (from ehobby), i bought them to see if i like that before ordering the real ones (confortable, fit with my helmet)... i don't have fielded them yet, i'll try them next tuesday but honestly, it's just for trying, i don't want to take any risk with my eyes, so if i'm fine with the replicas i'll buy the real ones for more safety. Does the real ESS lens fit perfectly in your replicas? i read that it doesn't fit so well...

According to Burke, they fit.... Based on some pictures, it probably requires some modding though... Quote:

I went out and met the dude at Tactical Products Canada last week looking for a Luminox watch. He's a good guy, and sells nice gear -- boots, watches, knives, BDUs, and ESS glasses. He seems to do a lot of business with the local film crews. If he doesn't have it, he'll order it, and usually marks down below retail. Worth calling him before you place an order.
