Just completed my first order with these guys. Talk about keeners!
I entered an online order for some BBs, a couple of training knives and a chest rig - about $100 worth of goods.
I live in Calgary and the shipping figure the system was quoting me was an exorbitant $41 - from Lacombe!
I fired off an email to register my confusion and one "Rob" almost immediately replied.
It seems their system was quoting a default shipping fee from Toronto instead of Lacombe. Rob immediately responded to this issue and a more reasonable $16 fee was generated by the system. Not only that, he spotted me a 10% discount for the hassle - Awesome!
Gear is now in my possession and I'm happy - everything was as described and Rob's attentiveness to the shipping debacle is precisely the kind of customer service you want when conducting e-commerce.
It's safe to say you can deal 100% confidently with Camogroup. This outfit is legit, fair, decent and fast. Indeed, they'll be my go-to BBBastard supplier from here on.
