i have managed to stumble across a site selling combat boots, China WestWarrior it is called. From what they are saying they supplies the Chinese army, and many more. however, have anyone heard of them?

Never heard of them, some SOF units have their own budget and might purchase from individual company, however Individual purchasing doesn't make them the supplier of the PLA. I 've a pair of 07 combat boots and they are tough like hell, on the other hand they are not comfortable to wear, I 'd suggest you stick with named brand like Black Hawk, Bates, Magnum...etc.

Never heard of this brand.
Some Chinese companies that make poor-quality gears like to say that so they can get their stuff sold. Some even say they supply the US army.
Don't get me wrong - I am not a Chinese product hater. Some Chinese companies make great gears, one of then even being used by Canada Force - but we would have heard these companies.

he said GEARS so maybe he means the little wheels in CF photocopiers in which case totally plausible.

I did heard from several experienced, reputable collectors/players in a Chinese forum, that the CF is using a plate carrier (I don't remember which plate carrier) from brand Combat 2000. I am not sure about the details of that, but I expect that is just for the unit, in a small scale. I don't have a source from publication or pictures.

The brand "Combat 2000" is actually from the same company as Pantac. Combat 2000 is the brand they use for selling within China, and Pantac is for exporting.
