For some real tacticool fun, I took my G&P PEQ2 and swapped the visible light LED emitter for the Infrared LED emitter from a cheapo Cree IR bulb setup ment for an M3 weaponlight. This ment having to desolder the old emitter and solder the new one on. I've only tried it at one night game, but it output a considerable amount of light, more then enough for my gen 2+ PVS-14 knockoff. I'm debating going all the way and changing out the red laser with an IR one, but I've got some concerns about teammate safety with that...
