I doubt anything other than maybe the grip panels are compatible. The disassembly process is different and so is most of the hammer/blowback mechanism. And inner barrel and hop-up design of KSC and TM is completely different....
You might be able to use TM recoil spring and hammer spring, but even that could be questionable....
