Ok, instead of waisting fourm space with another thread, i'll just post it here. So arcanuck, heres a detailed answer to your question.

Step one- paint colours and other materials- Ok, the paint colours I recommend are both Krylon's satan finish products; Italian Olive and Sand. Also, get 2-3 fresh leaves from the trees around the area were you will be playing. Make sure they are fresh from a tree, Not off of the ground! Also pick up some tamya flat clear coat and primer.

Step two- getting started- First, mask off any areas you do not want paint on. Make sure the masks are tight to the surface or paint will get under it! Next, put an overall base coat of the primer on. I recommend two light coats, so the primer is even. Now, once the primer is dry, add one overall coat of Italian Olive.

Step three- stencil time- Now, take your leaves and lay them on the surface of the gun. While holding them in place, take your sand colour and lightly spray on top and about 5cm around the leaf. This creates the leaf desing on the gun. Repeat this step until you are happy. Do not do anymore than 5-10 leaf stenciles on one side of the gun, you do not want to crowd the stenciling!

Step four- over spray- Next take the sand colour and do 2-4 more stenciles over the gun. finaly, very gently- and I stress gently- add a VERY light coat of Italian Olive, just to blend the colours togeather. You still should be abled to make out the stenciled leafy effect from 10 feet away.

Step five- clear coat- Now just add 2 coats of clear coat and your finished! This camoflage will work in ANY wooded area durring the spring, summer, and sometimes fall. This is for temperate woodlands, and if you feel it is better to use different colours, its your choice.
