The receiver is used, already in-country. It's just the receiver (no charging handle, etc). Neither of the parties interested have any idea what it could be worth; I don't want to low-ball him and he doesn't want to rip me off.

This is basically an "oo I really want it" type thing; I don't need it in any way, shape or form :S .
