You did the math. It said 4 hours. If you've been charging it for 6 hours, you may have friend it already. Batteries that come with Krakens are the cheapest of the cheap, and it doesn't take much to kill them. With a better quality battery, it may endure a little bit of overcharging or be recoverable. These cheap ones rarely are. And if you charge it for 11 hours, you may even heat it to the point of exploding or catching fire.
I would recommend you just get a new battery. The one you have is likely dead.
