yeah if you charged it for 6 already, you probably trashed your battery, invest in a smart charger, wont cost you too much, and it shut off automatically when its done, you can just leave it and not worry...
If you try it for 11 you will probably melt you battery/light it on fire, you can if you want....
your battery will only hold a certain amount, if you just keep charging it more and more, all your gonna do is lower its capacity...
