Changing the set up regularly is important... but weekly I don't think is required.

Here is my suggestion.

Build L shape buildings.. make sure there is a door and a window on each wall. Then you can change the configuration by altering which doors and windows are open.

In a group of buildings having the ability to change the available lines of domination from each building has the effect of reconfiguring the access of advance and dead zones around each structure. It completly changes the tactical problem and eliminates the ability of regular players to memorize the dead zones.

Having moveable field Obsticals , barrels and boxes. Vehicles will help to change up the lines. It does not take large changes to have significant effects.
