I use high grade ceramic grease and pure silicon ultra light weight oil (ak Trinity Royal Oil)
Usually some heavy silicon oil for the cylinder/piston joint (somewhere around 200-300K)

Forgot to say that it is because I have these handy. I work in an hobby shop.
