Out of your choices I have owned an MP5 and I currently own a TM G36c.
The 36 is an extremly versatile AEG. It's really solid and is easy to take apart and upgraid. I love the version 3 mech box. I like the sound and feeling vs version 2 mech boxes. I would recomend the G36 from experience. Really solid gun.
