Thanks for all the excellent advice with my problem. I think i will go ahead and order a new mech box along with another set of helical gears because i really don't think ive been shimming them improperly because i have spent a fair amount of time making sure that they were shimmed correctly.I think i'll go with the polly piston as well because i rather have shavings of plastic the metal floating around. As for the angel piston head being the problem i don't think so because i was using it on my m15a3 and i had no problems what soever until i i moved it to my other mech box but i could be wrong.

I'm probably going to go with the G&P mech box because i want a really nice strong 7mm mech box that i can set thing up in.
