If he post something...off....he gets flamed like any other user. He isn't banned because he hasn't done anything that warrants it.
If he does something that does warrants a ban he will recieve it...just like ANYONE else.
If we were to ban people for making posts about stupid things or false accusations ( ASC is the biggest soap opera...accusations happen all the time) then we'd have few members online.
For some reason he seems to be on the recieving end of a grudge by a large number of members, but his posting habits have NOT been half as bad as many other members.
He's contributing and wants to move on. I suggest others take that attitude an do so as well.
Those two users had previously recieved warnings for a certian behavior...I don't give out seconds.
