No, theres only different companies that make different shades. Everyones colors are a bit different. Point blank has the actual pattern, Propper is damn close. Blackhawk is a bit more on the white side. But all these comapnies have the proper proportion of the 3 colors (more foliage green than sand) Whereas Rothco makes their ACU bdus with more white than anything else.
The first picture you showed of that super white ACU is actually the prototype model and is never to be produced ever again. I suspect the second picture is the same colors in different lighting, but they replaced the white with sand and theres not as much of it anymore.

Although it stands out ALOT in sunshine, once it gets dirty (soldiers wear it everyday so it gets dirty faster) it doesn't reflect nearly as much. It works great in the shadows though as it's specifically designed to absorb color from its surrounding, which is also why it looks a bit different in every picture.
