Only restricted items wouldn't make it. In fact, you could probably order a gun from The 'States, but ask them to remove and discard the receiver, and anything else that may be restricted, and have them just send you all of the internals and external buttons/levers/etc.

Don't quote me on that though...it makes sense to me, since it's the way the guns look that cause the issues, not the gun itself, but I could be totally wrong. In any case, batteries, magazines, chargers, and even gun accessories (excluding mags with dummy bullets and suppressors) will make it through Customs. The thing is, if they inspect your package, which they probably will because it's being sent by an Airsoft retailer, you'll have to pay some duties on your items, usually up to 30% of the total cost of the items.

Don't get batteries from overseas though, unless you're getting a bunch of stuff. They only cost $10, but shipping will be around $20-25, and then throw the duties on top.
