A MICH 2000 helmet with a CADPAT cover will work fine
As for the uniform, I know Drop Zone makes quality stuff an you shouldn't have the problem of it falling apart.
But I've never bought or used any of their stuff or any the uniforms that Seals Action Gear sells.
