Some homeowner's insurance explicitly excludes firearm coverage. As long as you can convince the insurance company that airsoft guns are not firearms, then you should be good.
But unless you have a ton of cash and a good legal team, you'd never have their decision overturned if they decide not to insure airsoft because they are in-fact firearms (just not for the purposes of certain legislation).
But do keep the locked up, in a safe or room, and not on your kitchen table or living room couch.
