A proper modern RAS replica that uses a spring loaded delta ring will allow you to barrel mount an M203 like how I have on my M4 & KAC RAS2 replica:
RAS setups that use a screw on barrel nut (such as free floating RAS systems on an SPR or SR-15 match system) will not work, as the RAS does not seperate, providing lower access to the barrel:
Not only does the RAS not seperate on a lot of these free-floating setups, but the barrels are straight all the way through, rather than stepped or gradiated like the M4 barrels that allow you to slide an M203 on.
