Yes it is VFC. G&P is another good brand and has realistic trades unlike the CA.(if that matters to you) Both the VFC and G&P need the opening for the barrel widened somewhat to fit over the PTW's wide barrel (as much as 4mm I've read) I just filed mine until it fit.
You have to be aware that with the CA M203's there is no forward barrel attachment included with them. That part has to be bought separately!!
I would either wait and get a G&P or VFC through a group order. It'll be cheaper than the CA and better quality too.
(I have a G&P one on the way I ordered back in Feb. before the VFC came available and if my friend doesn't want it it'll be going up for sale.)
Like KOS said, unless you get the Challenge Kit (either max or gen3) it will have the Systema logo on it. I have read of sandblasting off the systema markings to allow you to start from scratch but that's quite the job.
