i have an average size head i guess you could say and my helmet (psagat non ballistic replica) is a l/xl. this helmet wieghts like 1/4 of a pound, whilst a real one my team mate had wieghed almost 8lbs. i would definatly not reccommend the real helmet as you become... very top heavy lol. i just about fell overwalking on a burm when i lost my balance, the helmet almost pulled me over.
