The shells have been out for a wile now... Seems to be the same mech. as their M1897 trencher (amazing gun BTW, had the pleasure of using one a few weeks back). Gas loaded shells also eliminates the "oh shit I have a full tube but no gas". The 1897 had a plastic barrel and reciever, I would be supprised if this one was full metal.
