Welcome to Canada! Don't worry too much about that other stuff for now. Just learn as much as you can, and save as much money as you can. If you have to wait until you are 18, trust me the time will go by fast.
And.. if you don't have a car when you are 18, you probably won't have a hard time getting a ride from someone here.
