To answer your question, here in Canada we typically run full auto aeg's up to 400 fps, and if the upgrades are installed by someone who knows what they are doing, the mechbox can last for many season with no problems.
That being said, mechboxes are extremely unforgiving when it comes to ignorance, and improper upgrades can hose a mechbox after only a few hundred rounds.
