I've noticed that while shooting in semi, the piston will stop just about half way mid cycle. For example, I pull the trigger, BB exits barrel, cycle stops...yet when I removed the spring and spring guide (I have the Star G36 which has the quick spring change feature), the piston is always in mid cycle -meaning about half way back. I can actually see that the piston is engaged with the sector gear. This means that every time I pull the trigger again, the piston has extra load/stress from the spring. In addition, removing the spring after play is a must or the spring would otherwise compress and lower FPS. I am running CA Super torque up gears but the cut off lever post match up exactly as standard gears. I'm stuck. Does anyone have any thoughts on this issue? Has anyone experienced this issue?
