with .20 it broke a beer bottle and went clean through a full beer can.

Remove your safety. Put some white litium grease inside the trigger mecanisme. I did that to mine after a good cleaning and the trigger was way smooter. It's still pretty hard, but it don't hurt my finger anymore.
When you pull back on the bolt, make sure you hold it well, in a manner not to twist the handle and break the back part of the bolt. Hard to explain the right technique, but I think you will figure it out.
