Grrrrr, my brand new 1200mah cells... i think they blew or something happened with them.

its a mini pack for my m4 ris, it was custom made... basically i heard some noise while i was discharging, i look later and it has white crud in beween the cells where they touch...

what could have possibly gone wrong them them? was i discharging the wrong way? The cells still work... but dont seem to hold the charge much longer anymore... please help
