I own a CA33E, and I can definitely tell you that there are a number of design flaws, as well as just crappy QA. I'd take a KSC over it stock, but I've invested enough money in mine as it is to want to keep it.
15000 rounds is nothing. Stock Marui AEGs can take hundreds of thousands of rounds. I realize that the M15A4 is actually a very well made, and definitely one of CA's most reliable, but most of their guns are just not well made.
