To the best of my knowledge Sam hasn't been charged with anything, so it's not like he's protected by the young offender's act. ASC isn't a newspaper either, it's an online discussion, kind of like meeting at the coffee house, except I don't have to get out of bed to do it. Posting his name is no different then lul_airsofter or any other minor who's scammed some one having their name posted.
