Mixing and matching different brands' internal

I am planning to swap all the internals of my G&P M4 with Guarder internals but for the gears and piston I want to use parts from Prometheus. I am wondering if I would run into any problem with parts not matching properly. Reason for using the Prometheus gears and piston is that I am using a PDI 170% spring (currently @ ~400 FPS) and from what I read it would be safer to use torque up gear rather than original gear.

Currently my G&P M4 has the following aftermarket parts:

Systema Hop-Up
Systema Air-Seal Nozzle
TM EG1000 Motor
Prometheus 6.03mm Barrel
Guarder Hop-Up Bucking
Systema Switch Assembly
Systema Selector Plate

Full Systema internals is another option I am considering but from some reviews I read they seem to break easily. Is this true?

Thx for the help.
