Technically, it's the sellers that aren't listing it correctly.
They might just be too lazy to label it LNIB - like new in box.
So yea, they aren't doing it right and the OCD in me gets a little annoyed at the semantics, but then I remember it's the internet and I gotta do my own due diligence.
Now, if they're labelling it as MINT and it's been taken out of the box, handled, tested, etc, and are asking for full price for it then I get annoyed...
