What is inside your 416 depends on when and where you bought it.
2012-2014 should have a MOSFET installed, piston and tappet plate replaced at some point.
2015 is good to go
2016 should have a MOSFET installed and piston replaced.
They could all benefit from a Neo magnet motor. Barrel and hop up are good enough that you won't really benefit much from "upgrades" such as an economy barrel upgrade or generic hop up rubber. It will benefit from a Prometheus or PDI barrel paired with a R Hop.
